📤 Strict Package Exclusions

• Motorized Off-Road Rentals: Quad bike and dune buggy rentals are not included in this base package price. Optional individual rentals are managed directly on the field by the local provider and are subject to separate terrain safety waivers.

• Ramadan Religious Restrictions: In compliance with United Arab Emirates federal regulations and religious protocols, live musical performances and belly dance shows are strictly unavailable during the holy month of Ramadan (February-March). No partial refunds or date credits will be issued due to these cultural modifications, as the tour remains completely operational for dining and dune excursions.

If guests incur additional (extra) expenses during the course of a Desert Safari tour (for example, for the purchase of goods or additional services of their own choice, that were not included in their vouches/ticket)), they are responsible for making all relevant payments before leaving the tour operator's camp or completing the booked tour.

The tour operator in Abu Dhabi accepts only Visa and MasterCard cards, as well as cash (exclusively in UAE Dirham); a bank fee is added to the total amount for card payments.

·   Parental & Child Liability: Infants and children under two (2) years of age are strictly prohibited from entering this activity. In compliance with local UAE transport laws, child safety seats are 100% mandatory for all infants and children under three (3) years old. ·   Independent Travel Insurance Recommendation: Because travel involving international destinations carries inherent logistical and health risks, the Company does not assume liability for unexpected travel disruptions.   - Yes. Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages—including chilled bottled water, soft drinks, traditional Arabic coffee, and hot tea—are entirely complimentary throughout the tour. • Pick up Time: (Your actual pick up time will be communicated to you closer to the day of your trip/safari once you provide us with information about which hotel in Abu Dhabi the driver should pick you up from). • Active Safari Window: 3 PM – 9 PM (depending on the sunset timing & pickup/drop of location)

Please note that this corporate insurance policy explicitly excludes any injuries or damages resulting from independent, optional Quad Bike or Dune Buggy rentals. Quad Bike or Dune Buggy is not included in your package.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Booking Terms

·  48-Hour Non-Refundable Policy: You can cancel your safari reservation for a full 100% refund up to forty eight (48) hours before your scheduled local pickup time. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window are entirely non-refundable.

·  No-Show & Late Arrival Rule: The private drivers operate on strict schedules to ensure you do not miss the desert sunset. If you miss your pickup or fail to appear in your hotel lobby at the designated voucher time, your booking will be marked as a standard "No-Show" and cannot be refunded or re-booked.
