3. Booking Confirmation & Digital Ticket Delivery

Instant Order Processing: When you complete a checkout on our Site, your order details are immediately captured and logged within our secure reservation management network.
Digital Voucher & Ticket Delivery: Upon successful payment processing, your official digital booking voucher or landmark admission ticket will be finalized and delivered free of charge directly to your provided email address within a maximum twenty-four (24) hour window.
Proof of Purchase: Your digital voucher serves as your official ticket and absolute proof of pre-payment. This voucher must be presented (either on your mobile device or printed) to the local operator at the scheduled start time of your activity.

4. Payment Processing, Pricing, and Currency Surcharges

All financial transactions, tour reservations, and activity checkouts completed directly on TopDubaiActivities.com are securely processed in United States Dollars ($, USD) via our approved third-party US merchant processors.

Because our company, Southern Premium Tours LLC, is an official US-registered corporate entity processing checkouts natively in USD, American credit card issuers and regional banking institutions will typically process your payments with zero (0%) international transaction surcharges or foreign conversion fees. However, the Company is not responsible for any independent internal banking fees or regional card issuer processing fees charged by your specific bank outside of our checkout portal.

For all third-party affiliate hyperlinks hosted on our site—such as independent flight engines, hotel booking platforms, and car rental companies—the financial transaction occurs on those external platforms. Those third-party entities operate under their own independent merchant rules, and they may apply foreign transaction fees, credit card surcharges, or variable localized currency exchange adjustments up to or exceeding 3%. 5. Cancellations, Late-Arrival, and No-Show Policies

To maintain operational integrity with our local providers who block off limited capacities via our automated systems, all tours, excursions, yacht cruises, and theme park tickets booked through TopDubaiActivities.com are bound by a strict, non-negotiable 48-Hour Non-Refundable Policy.

Standard Cancellations: You may cancel a booked excursion or tour for a full refund up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled local start time of the activity. Any cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the activity's start time will be considered non-refundable, and 100% of the purchase price will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows: It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point, hotel lobby pickup location, or activity center at the exact local time specified on your digital confirmation voucher. Local operators operate on precision schedules. If you are late, miss your pickup vehicle, or fail to show up for an activity, the reservation will be processed as a standard "No-Show." No-shows are 100% non-refundable, and no partial credits, re-bookings, or rice adjustments will be provided under any circumstances

6. Chargeback Protection and Dispute Waiver Clause

By purchasing an activity, tour, admission ticket, or experience on this Site, you expressly acknowledge the administrative cost, time, and scheduling rules binding your booking. You explicitly agree that if you miss a scheduled pickup, arrive late to an activity location, change your travel itinerary, or fail to attend a tour for any reason inside the 48-hour non-refundable window, you willingly and entirely waive your legal right to dispute the charge or initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or banking institution.

Any chargeback or credit card dispute filed with an issuer claiming a refund for missed pickups, customer tardiness, or standard no-shows will be considered a material breach of this contract. The Company will utilize this signed and acknowledged Terms of Service agreement as absolute, legally binding evidence to successfully reverse the dispute in favor of our merchant processor.

7. Activity Safety, Participant Wellness, and Liability Disclaimer

Southern Premium Tours LLC operates purely as a booking intermediary, technology marketplace, and digital broker connecting global travelers with independent local service providers within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Third-Party Operator Responsibility: You explicitly acknowledge that the actual travel services, desert safaris, yacht cruises, park entries, and entertainment options are performed, managed, and controlled exclusively by independent, local licensed tour operators and vendors on the physical territory of the UAE. The local operating entity is solely responsible for executing the service, maintaining equipment, providing licensed staff, and ensuring physical on-site safety. Southern Premium Tours LLC does not control, supervise, own, or manage these local operators and cannot be held liable or legally responsible for their operational actions, omissions, negligence, delays, or safety shortfalls.
Physical Fitness and Disability Affirmation: All active tours, excursions, and high-energy entertainment options featured on our platform are explicitly designed for healthy, physically fit, and able-bodied individuals. If you accept these Terms and finalize a booking, you are explicitly confirming that you and all members of your traveling party are physically, medically, and mentally fit for the selected activity. Certain activities (including but not limited to dune bashing, quad biking, and marine yachting) can be physically demanding and rough. They are not recommended or suitable for individuals with mobility impairments, severe back or neck injuries, heart conditions, or any stages of pregnancy. Travelers with disabilities or medical limitations who choose to participate do so entirely at their own risk, and their booking stands as confirmation of their self-assessed physical suitability.
Parental and Child Liability: If you are booking activities, park admissions, or excursions that include minor children, the accompanying parents or legal guardians assume one hundred percent (100%) full responsibility, supervision, and liability for those children at all times. The Company and its local operators bear zero responsibility for monitoring minors or ensuring their compliance with safety protocols.

Age Limits & Age Restrictions: Please review the tour/activity of your choice description and additional sections and fields for age restrictions and age limits for each tour or activity before booking.
If guests incur additional (extra) expenses during the course of a tour, safari, cruise, activity in theme parks, zoo and other places (for example, for the purchase of goods or additional services of their own choice that were not included in their vouches/ticket), they are responsible for making all relevant payments before leaving the tour operator's camp, vehicle, yacht, theme park, zoo or completing the booked tour.
Smoking and alcohol consumption or carrying is strictly prohibited in all tour operators vehicles. In case guests did not comply Fine will be paid by the guests, if culpable.
Photography, video recording of military and police installations and other UAE government agencies: is strictly prohibited. Before photographing any UAE citizens/residents, kindly ask their permission. Photographing UAE ladies is not permitted.
Travel Insurance Recommendation: Because travel involving international destinations carries inherent logistical and health risks, the Company does not assume liability for unexpected travel disruptions. We strongly advise and recommend that all global travelers purchase comprehensive independent travel insurance prior to departure. It is your responsibility to secure appropriate personal coverage, including but not limited to international medical accident insurance, emergency medical evacuation insurance, baggage loss insurance, and flight delay/cancellation protection. The Company is not financially liable for missed excursions, lost connections, or injuries resulting from flight delays, airline schedule modifications, or personal medical events.

8. Third-Party Vendor Rules (Hotels, Flights, and Car Rentals)

Our Site may provides digital informational hyperlinks and curated referral pathways pointing toward external airline networks, hotel booking systems, and automotive rental agencies.

You explicitly recognize that Southern Premium Tours LLC holds zero ownership, operational stake, or management oversight regarding these hospitality networks. All reservation rules, check-in requirements, cancellation penalties, damage deposit requirements, security procedures, and operational liabilities are governed exclusively by the independent terms, conditions, and consumer contracts of those respective hotel brands, airline corporations, and car rental firms. Any customer service disputes, refund requests, or service complaints regarding lodging, flights, or vehicle rentals must be handled directly with those specific service providers

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, along with any separate legal agreements or operational transactions whereby we provide booking services to you, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the internal, substantive laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal actions, corporate lawsuits, or formal judicial proceedings arising directly out of your use of this Site or bookings managed by Southern Premium Tours LLC must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located within North Carolina, USA. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.
