Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Disclosures & Scope

At Top Dubai Activities, we want your travel planning to be transparent and secure. To maintain operational integrity with local providers who block off limited capacities, all reservations are bound by industry-standard booking terms. Because we offer a diverse range of local excursions, safaris, and ticketed attractions, our refund structures vary based on the specific type of experience booked.

1. Water Activities, Yacht Cruises, and Desert Safaris (48-Hour Policy)

To maintain operational integrity with our local providers who block off limited capacities, all water activities, desert safaris, yacht cruises, and speed boat tours are bound by a strict, non-negotiable 48-Hour Non-Refundable Policy.

  • Standard Cancellations: You may cancel a booked excursion or tour for a full refund up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled local start time of the activity. Any cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the event start time (UAE local time) will be considered non-refundable, and 100% of the purchase price will be forfeited.

  • Desert Safari Pickup Protocol: For experiences that include transportation, our private drivers operate on strict schedules to ensure you do not miss the desert sunset. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to appear in your designated hotel lobby at the exact voucher time specified. If you miss your pickup or fail to appear at the designated time, your booking will be marked as a standard "No-Show" and cannot be refunded or re-booked.

  • Late Arrivals and No-Shows: For marine activities and other tour activities in the UAE, local operators operate on precision schedules. If you are late, or fail to show up at the designated meeting point or activity center, the reservation will be processed as a standard "No-Show." No-shows are 100% non-refundable, and no partial credits, re-bookings, or adjustments will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Standard Ticketed Attractions (Completely Non-Refundable)

Admission tickets for specific structural landmarks, entertainment shows, and high-demand venues are purchased immediately upon checkout and cannot be altered or canceled. These include, but are not limited to: Burj Khalifa Observation Decks, La Perle Show, and local Museums.

  • All bookings within this category are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable from the absolute moment of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Tickets with Flexible Date Validity

Certain major theme parks and eco-attractions do not allow monetary refunds, but offer extended date flexibility if your travel schedules change:

  • IMG Worlds of Adventure: Tickets are non-refundable, but are issued with an open-dated voucher valid for one (1) full year from the date of purchase.

  • Dubai Safari Park / Zoo Attractions: Tickets are non-refundable, but carry an extended validity window of nine (9) months from the date of purchase.

  • Note: Exact expiration parameters and black-out dates will be clearly printed on your digital ticket voucher.

4. Health, Safety, and Behavioral Restrictions (Strictly Non-Refundable)

For safety and insurance compliance, our local operators enforce strict physiological and behavioral requirements. It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to review the individual product page disclosures before completing a booking:

  • Medical and Physical Restrictions: Activities such as desert safaris, dune bashing, dune buggies, quad bikes, speedboats, zip lines, and specific water sports strictly prohibit participation by pregnant women, individuals with chronic back, neck, or spinal injuries, or travelers with severe medical conditions.

  • Age restrictions: Guests aged 65 and above are not allowed on RIB and speed boats. Children aged 3 years and below are not allowed RIB boats and speed boats, buggies, quad bikes, dune bashing. Camel Ride: Children below 12 years old are not allowed ride alone, they must be accompanied by a parent.  All activities with age restriction, indicate the restrictions on tour/activity pages.

  • Accessibility Constraints: Wheelchair accessibility restrictions are clearly designated on individual activity summaries. If a traveler books an experience explicitly marked as non-accessible and cannot participate, no refund will be issued.

  • Behavior and Sobriety Protocol: Local operators reserve the absolute right to refuse service to any individual who arrives inebriated, intoxicated, or exhibiting aggressive behavioral disruptions.

  • Forfeiture of Funds: If a traveler is denied participation by the local provider due to a failure to meet the visible medical, physical, accessibility, or sobriety restrictions outlined on the specific product page, the booking will be treated as a fault-based cancellation. 100% of the purchase price is immediately forfeited, and no refunds, partial credits, or date transfers will be granted.

5. Inclement Weather and Operator Cancellations

In the rare event that an outdoor activity or water excursion must be canceled directly by the local operator due to extreme weather conditions, sea state warnings, safety hazards, or unforeseen technical issues:

  • You will be offered an alternative execution date or a 100% full refund for that specific affected activity.

6. Official Refund Request Protocol

All eligible cancellation and refund requests must be submitted formally in writing via email to info@topdubaiactivities.com

  • Please include your full legal name, booking date, and order reference number.

  • Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to the original credit/debit card used at checkout within 5 to 7 business days, depending entirely on your banking institution's standard processing times
