🚨 Age Limits & Parental Liability Disclosures

·  Age Restriction: For maritime safety and the preservation of the elegant onboard atmosphere, infants and children under three (3) years of age are prohibited from entering this cruise. 

·  Absolute Parental Supervision Liability: All children must possess a valid ticket and be actively accompanied by a parent / an adult guardian at all times. Parents or legal guardians retain 100% full, exclusive, and non-negotiable responsibility for the behavior and physical safety of their minors across the indoor salons, the open-air viewing decks, boarding area and service area. The cruise operator and Southern Premium Tours LLC accept zero liability for unsupervised minor actions.

• Physical Fitness and Disability Affirmation:

All tours, including Marine Cruise tours options featured on our platform are explicitly designed for healthy, physically fit, and able-bodied individuals. Marine Cruise tours are not recommended for wheelchair users. If you accept these Terms and finalize a booking, you are explicitly confirming that you and all members of your traveling party are physically, medically, and mentally fit for the selected activity.

Certain activities (specifically, yacht excursions) may involve some physical exertion and challenging conditions for some individuals (such as the motion of the vessel).

They are not recommended or suitable for individuals with mobility impairments, injuries, heart conditions, or any stages of pregnancy. Travelers with disabilities or medical limitations who choose to participate do so entirely at their own risk, and their booking stands as confirmation of their self-assessed physical suitability.

• Additional service and goods:

If guests incur additional (extra) expenses during the course of the Dubai Marina Evening Dinner Cruise (for example, for the purchase of goods or additional services of their own choice, that were not included on the Cruise Description page and not included in their vouches/ticket), they are responsible for making all relevant payments before leaving the yacht /vessel.

To maintain operational integrity with local providers who block off limited capacities, all water activities / yacht cruises /speed boat tours are bound by a strict, non-negotiable 48-Hour Non-Refundable Policy.

• Standard Cancellations: You may cancel a booked excursion or tour for a full refund up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled local start time of the activity. Any cancellation requests made less than 48 hours before the event start time (UAE local time) will be considered non-refundable, and 100% of the purchase price will be forfeited. 

• Late Arrivals and No-Shows: It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to arrive at the designated meeting point, or activity center at the exact local time specified on your digital confirmation voucher. Local operators operate on precision schedules. If you are late, or fail to show up for an activity, the reservation will be processed as a standard "No-Show." No-shows are 100% non-refundable, and no partial credits, re-bookings, or adjustments will be provided under any circumstances

  
  

Travel Insurance Recommendation: Because travel involving international destinations carries inherent logistical and health risks, the Company does not assume liability for unexpected travel disruptions. We strongly advise and recommend that all global travelers purchase comprehensive independent travel insurance prior to departure. It is your responsibility to secure appropriate personal coverage, including but not limited to international medical accident insurance, emergency medical evacuation insurance, baggage loss insurance, and flight delay/cancellation protection. The Company is not financially liable for missed excursions, lost connections, or injuries resulting from flight delays, airline schedule modifications, or personal medical events.
