• Casual, loose fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a light jacket in the winter. For safe sand boarding, please wear sports shoes.

• We recommend having international travel insurance, as self-driving & self-riding activities carry inherent risks that may lead to serious injury. Coverage for such incidents is typically provided only through your personal insurance.

• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level.

• The activity is not wheelchair accessible.

• According to UAE law, pregnant women, kids (under 3 years old), people with back or neck injuries/pain, heart problems or other serious medical conditions are prohibited from participating in dune bashing.

• Camel Ride: Children below 12 years old are not allowed ride alone, they must be accompanied by a parent.

• All desert safari drivers are well trained and licensed for safari drives. The 4WD vehicles are fully insured and well equipped with all necessary safety features: seat belts, roll bars, government trackers, GPS, GMS, and a First Aid box

  
  

• Private pickup directly from your selected Dubai hotel or residential tower.

  
  

• Pick up for your trip will take place 45 minutes before your selected departure time. Please be ready in the hotel lobby on time.

• Due to the onset of summer heat, your pick up time may be changed: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. You will be notified about it in advance if your pick up time changes.

Participant Wellness & Safety Guidelines

To ensure the safety, comfort, and absolute peace of mind of all our guests, please read our structural wellness requirements before completing your booking. By finalizing your reservation, you explicitly affirm that all participants in your party meet these criteria:

·    Physical Fitness Affirmation: This tour involves high-energy, bumpy off-road driving (dune bashing) through rugged desert terrain. All participants must be in good health and physically fit.

·    Medical Exclusions: Due to the rough and unpredictable movement of off-road driving, this specific activity is strictly not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with severe back, neck, or spinal injuries, individuals with major heart conditions, or anyone with severe mobility impairments.

·   Parental & Child Liability: Infants and children under four (4) years of age are strictly prohibited from entering this activity. Accompanying parents or legal guardians must take 100% full responsibility and continuous supervision for their minor children at the desert camp, during sand boarding, and around the wildlife areas at all times. Please note that all children taking part in our safari/ excursion will be under parental guidance and responsibility.

·   Independent Travel Insurance Recommendation: Because travel involving international destinations carries inherent logistical and health risks, the Company does not assume liability for unexpected travel disruptions. We strongly advise and recommend that all global travelers purchase comprehensive independent travel insurance prior to departure. It is your responsibility to secure appropriate personal coverage, including but not limited to international medical accident insurance, emergency medical evacuation insurance, baggage loss insurance, and flight delay/cancellation protection. The Company is not financially liable for missed excursions, lost connections, or injuries resulting from flight delays, airline schedule modifications, or personal medical events.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Booking Terms

·  48-Hour Non-Refundable Policy: You can cancel your safari reservation for a full 100% refund up to forty eight (48) hours before your scheduled local pickup time. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window are entirely non-refundable.

·  No-Show & Late Arrival Rule: The private drivers operate on strict schedules to ensure you do not miss the desert sunset. If you miss your pickup or fail to appear in your hotel lobby at the designated voucher time, your booking will be marked as a standard "No-Show" and cannot be refunded or re-booked.
